SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The aim of the project is to create a new website for the Hotel Stupnički Dvori in Brodski Stupnik, which will strengthen and improve the company's market position and competitiveness. The created website, which follows the theme of the brand in an appropriate and professional manner, is the initial page where customers and business partners obtain information about the business. This means that the website plays a major role in the development of the business. By creating the website, the company catches the attention of website visitors and introduces an online solution for the presentation of its products and services, which will have an impact on increasing the profitability of the business. The created website will be responsive, filled with current content and news, and will be simple to use.

GOALS AND EXPECTED PROJECT RESULTS:

The implementation of the project will enable the company to use the latest and most modern web technology. The website will help increase the company’s market recognition. The introduction of the reservation module will enable the company to increase its business activities. All this will contribute to improving business, which will increase the competitiveness of the company and its revenues.

PROJECT TITLE:

‘Increasing the energy efficiency of the Hotel Stupnički Dvori’

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

The project was launched with the aim of increasing the energy efficiency of the Hotel Stupnički Dvori. It covers and co-finances the following:

  • Construction work (purchase and installation of exterior doors and windows, replacement of part of the roof, installation of roof insulation, installation of thermal insulation of parts facing unheated spaces, and work on façades )
  • Mechanical work (heating system, cooling system, heating, cooling and ventilation system optimisation by using waste heat and hydraulically balancing the system)
  • Electrical work (replacing existing light sources with more energy efficient ones, powering new mechanical equipment, new cooling devices, new boiler and new automatic mechanical equipment controls)
  • Connecting mechanical systems with a communication network and CMS
  • Replacing existing electrical equipment with new, more efficient appliances (freezers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, TVs and computers)

GOALS AND EXPECTED PROJECT RESULTS:

The implementation of the project should result in a saving of 50.45% of delivered energy.
